Applicants will be notified of results within 1-2 weeks of the date of submission.

Fee Schedule

  • $25 non-refundable application fee collected at the time of application.
  • $75 tuition deposit collected at the time of application (non-refundable for applicants accepted to the program).
  • Remaining tuition fee collected on June 1, 2023.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • For applications who are not accepted to this year’s program, the School will issue a refund for the $75 tuition deposit.
  • For cancellations on or before June 26, 2023 the School will issue a refund for the total program cost less a $75 non-refundable deposit.
  • For cancellations between June 27 to July 2, 2023 the School will issue a 50% refund of the total program cost less a $75 non-refundable deposit.
  • No refunds will be issued on or after July 3, 2023.

Summer Intensive Policies

  • Dancers registering for the Pre-Professional program must be between 12 and 15 years of age during the intensive, and must have at least two years of dance training.
  • Dancers registering for the Professional program must be at least 16 years of age by the first day of the program, and must have at least two years of extensive dance training.
  • These programs are not intended for recreational dancers. The School reserves the right to decline an application if we consider the applicant is not at the minimum level of training suitable for the program.
  • Physical activity carries with it risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. Participation in classes offered at the School is voluntary and each participant knowingly assumes all risks associated with their own participation.
  • The School aims to provide a safe, positive, and welcoming learning environment. The School reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person who jeopardizes our ability to provide such an atmosphere.

COVID-19 & Illness

  • COVID-19 Screening is required daily before coming to the building. The School maintains a zero-symptom policy and those who do not pass the daily screening will be asked to remain at home. Vaccination is required  and masks are strongly recommended.

  • Summer intensive fees are non-refundable on or after July 3, 2023.
